Three big public events with high profile speakers discussing a topic related to the search for meaning in an age of secularization. These events will take place either at the University of Florida or in Washington, DC.
The project leader will produce three (or more) forms of public engagement on the work of the project for publications in major media outlets
Two-year project postdoc who will submit at least one essay per year to a peer-reviewed academic journal on a topic related to the grant project, which will be done in consultation with the project leader
The project leader will develop and teach a “Quest” course (a required core course at the University of Florida) on “The Search for Meaning in a Secular Age”
